Today’s Tutorial Tuesday is a page of amazing – and little known – resources

Hi everybody. Today, I’ve decided to take a break from video creation and show you a few resources I’ve found (and am starting to use) on my own projects.
I’m not affiliated with any of these people or companies, just using their services.

I thought you’d benefit from them as well.

Take a look – and leave any comments or questions below!

Type Scale
http://type-scale.com

It’s a ‘visual types scaler’ for creating scaled text for your web designs.

Animatron
http://www.animatron.com

Is a straightforward and powerful tool for building HTML5 animations and interactive content.

The Graphics Creator

Of course! This is a no-brainer.

https://stagingapril.laughingbirdsoftware.com

Create your own high-quality graphics in minutes… literally!

And you can actually use many of the other products listed in this article along with it.

Duo Web Browser
http://plesk.com

Adaptive Backgrounds
http://briangonzalez.github.io/jquery.adaptive-backgrounds.js/

This one is interesting in that it takes a dominant color from an image on your site, and sets the background to match it.

Layers Control
http://madebyvadim.com/layrs/

This is a FREE photoshop extension… a collection of 7 scripts that make tedious jobs easier

Origami version 1.4
https://facebook.github.io/origami/

if you’re an app programmer (or want to see how the programmers do it) check this out. It’s a free design “prototyping” toolkit.

Social Kit
http://socialkit.madebysource.com/

is a Photoshop plugin for creating cover images, profile pictures, ad banners and more for various social platforms

ReadyMag
https://readymag.com/

a simple Web publishing tool for any kind of dial storytelling. And last but not least … this one is very interesting. I’m beginning to like it more and more as I use it.

Pinegrow
http://www.pinegrow.com

it’s an app for Windows and Mac that makes it fast and easy to mockup web pages.

The Creatorpreneurs Newsletter – Issue #17: How to Make Them Pay!

Hey Creatorpreneurs!

Developing products or services, advertising, and blog writing are completely separate jobs when it comes to growing your business, aren't they?

As a small business you know that they SHOULD be individual jobs, but yet you're doing several of them or possibly every one of them by yourself (unless you can pay $$$ to hire help)! And, unfortunately, the #1 way to afford to hire help is to get more traffic and more buyers.... total Catch 22!

So, what can you do? Take a look below!

How to make someone buy your product online (Get customers to click)

When you're selling a product or service online, the most important thing is getting people to click on your link and buy what you're offering (this is called "a conversion"). It can be tricky to get people to buy from you when they can't see or touch what you're selling, but with the right approach, you can make it happen.

The Creatorpreneurs Newsletter – How About Some Content to Go With Your Graphics? Issue #16

Hey Creatorpreneurs!

A while back, I hinted about my new side venture... and mentioned I'd tell you more soon. I've learned so much more since then that I want to share with you.

By sharing, I'm hoping it will inspire you, give you some creative ideas, and help you take action in making things work for your business.

So, first, here it is... my ebikingtoday.com blog.

Check it out to see what I've been doing (or perhaps because you're actually interested in electric bikes... Marc and I have so much fun with ours!).

Honestly, I feel as though I've learned a whole new skill set that I can apply to Laughingbird Software and the Creatorpreneurs Academy blog (more to come on this).

For now, let me show you something...

Lisa :)
